The Search Process |

| We will request an on-site meeting at your location to discuss your search requirements and to gain a clear understanding of the position, company culture and environment.

| This initial meeting highlights the importance of information gathering to enable us to best represent the potential employer to potential candidates.
|

| We will identify target
companies and prospective candidates through research and contact of
key individuals within appropriate industry sectors. These efforts
will be conducted in conjunction with direct recruiting and
sourcing.

| Ongoing communication and regular progress reports will be shared with the client during the search process. As appropriate candidates are identified and selected, they will be presented to the potential employer for interview.

|
| We will assist you in arranging interviews, conducting referencing and presenting an offer to the finalist candidate. Our service also includes assisting the candidate in making the transition from one employer to another.

| We are in constant communication with both client and candidates throughout the search process. We believe it is essential to keep both parties informed at all times. Routine follow-ups are done with the employer and successful candidate throughout the first year of employment to ensure a smooth assimilation of the new employee.
